Scottish Government is looking at ways of accelerating the roll out of the coronavirus vaccine across the country. A 24/7 pilot scheme is being considered at vaccinating younger people in society as the government attempts to ramp up its programme.

The First Minister announced yesterday that hospital admissions in Scotland are "tailing off", however she emphasised pressure on the NHS "remain acute".
