The Orange Order is planning a march to ‘show support’ to the UK Government for their efforts in tackling the coronavirus pandemic.
Bosses at the Grand Orange Lodge of Scotland have cancelled all parades across the country until ‘August at the earliest’ due to restrictions on crowds of more than two people.The decision will also see its annual Battle of Boyne parade - which draws in thousands of supporters - axed this year.
However, the Scots protestant group has announced its intentions to arrange a special march in honour of the Conservative Government and NHS workers on the frontline of the fight against Covid-19.
