A brave and hard-working paramedic has laid bare the toll the pandemic is taking on NHS frontline workers as she shared a picture of her transformation in the past 10 months.
Laura Fennell, works as a paramedic in Kent, said to be the first place where a coronavirus mutant which is up to 70 per cent more transmissable was first identified last month.
It has swept through the country ever since and prompted a new lockdown as hospitals face being overwhelmed with soaring numbers of Covid-19 admissions.
She appealed to the public to abide by lockdown rules, wear a mask and be compassionate with one another, Kent Live reports. Do you think punishments for lockdown flouters are too strict?
