Police say a 33-year-old man was shot and killed Saturday afternoon in North Philadelphia. NORTH PHILADELPHIA - Authorities are searching for a shooter after a young man was gunned down in North Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon, according to police.Officers were called to the 1800 block of Oxford Street just before 5:30 p.m.
