No further action is to be taken into the death of a railway worker who died with coronavirus after being spat on while at work.
Belly Mujinga, 47, was on the concourse of Victoria station in London on March 22 when a member of the public who said he had the virus spat and coughed at her and a colleague.
Within days of the assault, both women fell ill with the virus. Ms Mujinga, who had a pre-existing health condition, was taken by ambulance to Barnet Hospital and placed on a ventilator but died on April 5 - just 14 days later.
The British Transport Police has now said that following "extensive enquiries" by detectives, no further action would be taken into the death of the mum-of-one.
