Popular Scots bar livens up boarded windows with heartfelt tribute to NHS

A popular Glasgow bar has turned it's boarded windows into a message of hope and solidarity with the NHS. Like many pub and restaurant venues, Grace’s Irish Sports Bar in Glasgow’s Merchant City was forced to board up the windows as a safety precaution during coronavirus lockdown.

However, owners decided to liven up the site with a special message in support for the NHS.The colourful display urges residents to stay at home and help the health workers on the frontline of the Covid-19 fight.On Facebook, the bar wrote: “Grace’s in Glasgow’s Merchant City, were sad to see the venue boarded up yesterday.“And so, we decided to remind everyone we are in this together by replacing the boards with something a bit more uplifting.”The pub would
