Prince William has intervened in the UK coronavirus crisis – ordering meetings and intensifying efforts to help after receiving an SOS call.
The Duke of Cambridge, 37, has reportedly received a call for help from nation’s hero NHS workers battling Covid-19 up and down the country.
He was reportedly left “gravely concerned” by the lack of support some are receiving, and last week ordered aides from his Royal Foundation into action.
They were told to hold meetings with a number of charities representing frontline staff, with Wills ordering his charity-arm to come to the rescue by “urgently intensifying” the support they offer.
