Prince William and Kate Middleton are determined to make Princess Charlotte's fifth birthday special by organising a "party on Zoom", royal sources have claimed.

Due to the strict stay at homes rules amid the coronavirus pandemic, the couple has organised for Charlotte to speak to the Queen and Prince Philip on her birthday on Saturday (May 2).

Celebrating her fifth birthday, little Charlotte's parents have reportedly organised cakes and games alongside the video call.

The family are spending lockdown at their Norfolk home, at Anmer Hall, which was a wedding gift from the Queen to Kate and her grandson William.
