Rangers youth director Colin Stewart has hit back at Charlie Nicholas after he questioned the timing of Dave King 's Ibrox departure.
The former Celtic striker described King's decision to step down amid the coronavirus crisis as "weird".He initially announced his intention to move on back in November 2019, and Douglas Park has now stepped in as interim chairman with the club in a state.Nicholas believes there's "something going on" and expects major boardroom upheaval. But Stewart, director at the Rangers Youth Development Co., dismissed the Sky Sports pundit's verdict on Thursday, declaring he would sooner quit than see the club take advice from Nicholas.
