The manager at a Perth pub says plans are in place for it to reopen safely. JD Wetherspoon is waiting on the go-ahead from the Scottish Government to open The Capital Asset on Tay Street.The venue could return to its usual opening hours in June as its parent company draws up plans to try and ensure the safety of staff and customers post-lockdown.The pub will still adhere to social distancing guidelines and see the employment of at least two full time staff, who will regularly clean surfaces and touch points. COVID-19 health bill could be as much as £7.1 million Wetherspoon also says it will provide gloves, masks and protective eyewear.
