Sharing a series of snaps of them looking in pain, they wrote next to it: "Stages of a quarantine meltdown." Sam's latest post comes after they admitted yesterday to being "bored s**tless" during self-isolating.
Taking to Instagram, they admitted this was a "weird, weird time" and called on their fans to look after their mental health.
