A new study by scientists at one of the UK's top universities suggests coronavirus follows a seasonal pattern and could be stifled by warmer weather come May.
Top boffins at University College London have released the findings of study, which had been commissioned prior to the outbreak of COVID-19.
Across five years, the researchers tracked three other strains of coronavirus similar to that which causes Covid-19, and found cases peaking in winter and broadly at the same time as the flu, reports the Telegraph.
