A creative Scots mum set-up 'Dundee’s only operating McDonald’s' as a birthday treat for her identical twin sons, who have Down’s syndrome.

Elaine Scougal pulled out all the stops to create a fast-food restaurant – completed with crocheted chicken nuggets – for Ollie and Cameron, aged seven.

The idea came after one of the boys asked from a drive-thru for his birthday, but all branches have now closed due to coronavirus.
