mum is begging the Scottish Government to be one of the first to receive the Covid-19 vaccine.Mum-of-three Alex Davey hopes that receiving the coronavirus jab as soon as possible will protect Benjamin, her middle child.Six-year-old Benjamin, who has epilepsy, has suffered with complex medical needs since birth, and requires a feeding tube and overnight ventilation.When the pandemic began, Benjamin was placed into the shielding category, meaning hew and his family began isolating a week before lockdown.The development meant the family went months without the care and respite services that would usually help Benjamin to avoid bringing any infection into the house.Backed by leading charity Kindred, many families are now  urging the Scottish.
