In the clip, a pair of children's tricycles are peddled on-the-spot by two little girls in matching outfits. The wheels are lifted off the floor by adult-sized shoes, in a coronavirus parenting hack that has been labelled "genius" by appreciative mums and dads.

With a spinning class exercise video playing on TV, the living room is fully transformed into an indoor cycle studio. Mum-of-two Tracy Juliano, from the US, shared the clip on Instagram with the caption: "Today’s activity.
