The eSafety Commissioner’s Office, an Australian government agency set up to prevent online crime, has detected significant jump in dark web searches by predators seeking information on how to abuse children.
Now a sick "handbook" offering advice to predators has been produced, according to the Commissioner’s Office. The guide details how to persuade children online to share sexual images and videos of themselves.
