Stacey Solomon has written hundreds of letters to lonely fans after launching #PandemicPenPals. The 30-year-old presenter decided earlier this week to start writing to anyone who is struggling during coronavirus lockdown.

And as her Instagram followers began responding to her kind gesture, Stacey found herself flooded with messages to reply to.

The Loose Women star – who is self-isolating with sons Zachary, 12, Leighton, seven, and 10-month-old baby Rex – documented her journey on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday.

Alongside some of her handwritten letters, she wrote: ‘So I think I’ve written back to all of them my hand is about to fall off. ‘If you inboxed me I may not have seen it but anyone who tagged me in a story I’ve written back
