Strictly Come Dancing has been thrown into jeopardy amid conflicting reports of a TV crew member testing positive for coronavirus.

The Sun have reported that a member of the behind-the-scenes crew has tested positive for the potentially deadly Covid-19 virus.

While the BBC have claimed the affected crew member has already completed work on the long-running dance show ahead of the upcoming season.

The BBC Spokesperson also told Mirror Online that the TV crew member: "had an official NHS test that’s come back negative." Despite the conflicting reports, it seems news of a potential Covid-positive test result has already left cast and crew of the BBC reality show shaken.
