Telemundo's La Voz reality show has been temporarily paused due to the coronavirus pandemic, Telemundo network confirmed to Billboard.
The statement sent by Telemundo says, "out of an abundance of caution and to ensure the safety of our contestants, coaches, crew and employees, Telemundo has temporarily paused the production of La Voz." The second season of La Voz began in January and it’s about to culminate the battles phase which leads to live performances.
Now, the production decided to postpone live shows until further notice as a precautionary measure. La Voz is the Spanish version of the popular show The Voice and this second season once again featured the artists Luis Fonsi, Alejandra Guzmán, Carlos Vives and Wisin as coaches.
