Electric Reliability Council of Texas under investigation starting Thursday following storm outages, says Gov. Abbott

Starting Thursday, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) will be under investigation by state legislature following the snow storm that left much of the state without power, said Gov. Greg Abbott on Wednesday evening.
