Millions living in England are facing a postcode lottery for coronavirus jabs - with 118 constituencies still without Covid-19 vaccine hubs.
New figures show that a quarter of people live in an area with no vaccination centre. The shocking revelation came as the NHS ramped up its immunisation programme following the approval of the Oxford AstraZeneca jab.
The first doses are set to be given tomorrow. However more than 100 constituencies have been left without hubs for the vaccine - despite neighbouring areas having some of the most in England, analysis by the Sunday Times revealed.
People living in North West Durham have no hospital hubs or local vaccination services, however a short leap away in Bishop Auckland there are three.
