A gripping and timely first trailer has been released for The Handmaid's Tale season 4. The gritty dystopian drama series will return for new episodes set in a future where the United States is now a far-right totalitarian state named the Republic of Gilead, where the few fertile women are forced to serve leaders' families and produce children for them as handmaids.
The new clip shows footage from across the series, particularly the gripping season 3 finale where our heroine June Osbourne ( Elisabeth Moss ) was shot and carried to safety by her fellow handmaids.
June's voiceover speaks about how she "can't rest" as her "daughter deserves better" and "we all deserve better". She continues: "Change never comes easy.
