Exercise is one of the few freedoms we've been able to enjoy since the beginning of lockdown. Initially the rules meant people were allowed out once per day to keep fit - but only alone or with members of their household.
The rules were relaxed last month to allow unlimited outdoor exercise and the reopening of outdoor sports facilities such as tennis courts and golf clubs.
People were also permitted to exercise with one other person from outside their household as the restrictions were eased. Today the rules are relaxed even further as groups of up to six people are allowed to gather outdoors.
