As daily Covid cases reach an all-time high, scores of people across the country will be self-isolating - many for the first time since the start of the pandemic.

The rules have recently changed, meaning in some situations you may not need to self isolate. Cases of the Omicron strain of Covid have soared and yesterday (Saturday) the UK recorded a further 90,418 daily Coronavirus cases.
