Ron DeSantis to charge Fucci as an adult and with first-degree murder, according to News 6 partners WJXT. The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office said Bailey’s body was found in a wooded area in her Durbin Crossing neighborhood Sunday hours after her family reported her missing.
