Lazio winger Luis Alberto reckons leaving Liverpool in 2016 was the best decision he has ever made. The Spain international was a highly-rated prospect when the Reds paid Sevilla £6.8m for his services three years prior.
But he struggled to make an impact at Anfield and was loaned back to his homeland for spells with Malaga and Deportivo de La Coruña.
And after making just 12 appearances for Liverpool, Alberto was sold to Serie A side Lazio where he has found his feet and scored 24 goals in 124 games.
Despite the Kop club going from strength to strength since he left, the 27-year-old says he has absolutely no regrets at leaving the club for pastures new.
