Tyson Fury shows up at local pub to borrow beer glass during lockdown

Tyson Fury visited his local pub to ask for a new beer glass while in coronavirus lockdown. Like everyone else in the UK the Gypsy King is having to stay home while the pandemic continues to take its toll.

But after his beer glass had broken while isolating the 31-year-old embarked on a mission to replace it. Fury showed up at his local, The Canal Turn pub in Carnforth, Lancs, to ask landlord Bill Johnston for help.

He asked Bill if he could buy a glass “with a widget at the bottom” to replace one he had broken. The widget is the crucial nucleation point at the base of a glass that helps release a steady stream of bubbles.
