The brand new event, described as a "combined cycling and multi-art festival", was due to take place in the grounds of Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire between September 17 and 19.
Organisers said they have made the "extremely difficult" decision to reschedule after it became apparent that key suppliers were unable to commit to the festival due to ongoing issues with supply chains.
