Vulnerable families and the elderly say they're having to wait until the early hours of the morning to access online delivery slots - despite many supermarkets claiming to prioritise those at risk.

Some say they are having to wait until 3am to order basic supplies such as bread and milk - because other shoppers are grabbing them as soon as they become available.

That's despite the Government handing all of Britain's biggest grocers a list of all of the vulnerable people in England and Wales who they should contact for support.

It's raised concerns for those who are trapped in isolation - unable to access food and water, and those without friends and family to help them.
