Scots shoppers 'cheat' to front of online supermarket queues with new tech tool

The coronavirus pandemic has lead to a surge in online shopping with many supermarkets booked up for months as millions avoid stores.A new online tool is now letting eager Scots shoppers jump to the front of online delivery queues by tracking supermarket websites for slots.Visualping promises to alert customers by monitoring any changes in their chosen website.Around 2,000 customers in the UK have signed up to the tool, which gets alerts when stores such as Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose and Ocado update their delivery times.

Those signed up receive an email notification when the website detects any change in the content of the page they've requested to monitor.
