Wales will consider letting hairdressers reopen from July 13, the nation's First Minister signalled today. Mark Drakeford said there will be a review next month to consider a "range of specific options" for restarting personal care services, inclduing hairdressing and beauty, by appointment.
The review will take place on July 9. It is understood that if a change is agreed, it would likely take effect from Monday 13 July.
Self-contained holiday accommodation is also likely to reopen in Wales from the same date. The exact rules and dates for any reopenings are not agreed yet - and would depend on how the virus is progressing.
