PHILADELPHIA - Winter storm warnings and advisories have been issued for most of the area as a nor'easter is expected to bring significant snow Wednesday into Thursday.The warnings and advisories went into effect Wednesday at noon and will remain through 10 a.m.
Thursday morning.The nor'easter made its presence felt around 1 p.m. with light-to-moderate snowfall reported in several areas in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The heaviest snowfall is expected to start around 8 p.m. and could last through 2 a.m. Thursday morning. Winter storm warnings are in effect for all of southeastern Pennsylvania.
