The 31-year-old has spent seven years at Stamford Bridge since joining from Anzhi Makhachkala. Willian has amassed a massive 329 appearances for the Blues across all competitions.

And he still has plenty to offer in the Premier League, with a short move across the capital a possibility. Spurs are interested in luring Willian to north London, having missed out to Chelsea in the race to sign him back in 2013.

PHILADELPHIA - No one was injured after a gunman opened fire on a Philadelphia police officer during a shootout Wednesday afternoon in Germantown.Philadelphia Police Sergeant Eric Gripp told reporters that two plainclothes officers in an unmarked car were patrolling the 4800 block of Keyser Street around 2 p.m. when they came upon a shootout between a 23-year-old and a 20-year-old.
