Wonder Woman 1984 is getting a brand new release date due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The film was supposed to be released on June 5 and will now hit theaters on August 14. “When we greenlit WW 1984 it was with every intention to be viewed on the big screen and are excited to announce that Warner Bros.
Pictures will be bringing the film to theatres on August 14th,” Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group Chairman Toby Emmerich said in a statement. “We hope the world will be in a safer and healthier place by then.” In addition, Warner Bros.
announced some other changes to their release date schedule including In the Heights, which was supposed to be released on June 26, will now be delayed indefinitely.
