Brit employees could be split into two teams with a work week being reduced to three days for all to help UK businesses ease out of coronavirus lockdown, a top report has suggested.
The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) has pitched the idea. It suggests employees could be divided into a “Team A” and “Team B” with the groups working on different days as a protective measure in the ongoing fight against coronavirus.
The RSA suggests one team could work in an office from Monday to Wednesday, while the second team would carry out work from Thursday until Saturday.
