Dozens of wine enthusiasts were left shocked and in tears when an online tasting event hosted by Zoom was hacked by 'cowardly' internet vandals who posted a sickening child porn video.
Police are investigating the attack on an event that was held by Prestwch-based wine merchant Grain To Grape on Saturday night.
Zoom, a US-based video-conferencing firm, has seen a huge rise in popularity since much of the world went into lockdown because of the coronavirus pandemic.
But it has also attracted hackers amid reports that 500,000 Zoom app log-in details have been obtained and put up for sale on the dark web.
