SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ant Middleton has been accused of "taking a U-turn" by fans as he admitted he'll now follow government advice after vowing not to listen to coronavirus experts on Thursday.

Yesterday the ex-special forces soldier, 39, said in an Instagram rant that the advice issued from COVID-19 experts "won’t affect him", claiming he is too "strong" to be affected by the virus.

The defiant star vowed not to follow the latest advice from experts, despite the youngest person in the UK who died from the virus being a few years older than him at 45.

But he took to his social media account today to reveal he will be following the government's latest advice on keeping social distance.
