Shirtless Joseph posed in his joggers and Vans on a balcony in the rain (why not) in the shot, which he captioned: ‘Perfect time to practice some posing.’ The image is a pure nostalgia fest, really, throwing us back to his action film star dad’s bodybuilding days in the ’70s.

In fact, his pose looks like an almost exact replica of Arnie in a famous photo taken in October 1976 when Arnold was aged 29.
