The Stockport businessmen were prosecuted at Tameside Magistrates Court for offences committed towards the end of last year.
Chris King, of Chris King Barber Shop, in St Petersgate, had been ordered to close by the council following complaints over a lack of social distancing and both staff and customers not wearing PPE.
