Barcelona star Sergi Roberto has been banned from representing the club in a charity FIFA 20 tournament setup to raise money for the fight against coronavirus.
Every La Liga side was due to take part in the tournament, with one player representing each team. Roberto was selected by Barca to compete on their behalf in the event, which is already said to have raised €20,000 [£18,000].
But according to ESPN , the Spanish defender has been preventing from playing in the tournament by Pro Evolution Soccer developers Konami.
Konami renewed their partnership with Barca for a further three years last summer, with Lionel Messi remaining the poster boy for Pro Evolution Soccer.
