An ex-teacher turned food entrepreneur has been forced to radically adapt her business due to the viral crisis.And Catherine Lawson revealed: “I’m working my socks off to keep up with demand.”Her one-woman firm Barefaced Food has gone from a catering and workshop operation to producing home-delivered veggie and vegan meals.She made the switch after realising her company was doomed in its initial form.Catherine,47, only launched in January and did not qualify for a penny in government aid when coronavirus struck.Now she’s up at 5.30am creating what she calls her “Buddha Bowls” and “Nourish” packs.
