I hope you are enjoying the fitness diary and are getting a little stronger and fitter each week. It is so important to stay active during this lockdown and, with at least another three weeks to go, now is not the time to let things slide.

There can be no better example than that of Captain Tom Moore who has captured the imagination of the nation and has achieved something truly remarkable with the money he has raised for the NHS and our frontline heroes.

And he has done it by being active! We can all follow his inspirational lead. You can check out my most active training here.
