Cleveland jumped out to second quarter lead when Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz was picked off for the 13th time this season.
Browns linebacker Sione Takitaki nabbed an errant pass from Wentz, who was hit as he threw, and ran 50-yards for a touchdown.Philadelphia briefly knotted the score in the third on a 19-yard touchdown pass from Wentz to Richard Rodgers.
