Call of Duty permanently bans 50,000 players for cheating – here's what not to do

With the UK now in its second week of coronavirus lockdown, many bored Brits have turned to gaming in the hopes of filling their day at home.

One of the most popular video games at the moment is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Warzone, which launched last month. The game features a massive combat arena where 100 plus players are put into squads of three and fight to survive.

While the game has online been available for a matter of weeks, Activision, the developer behind the game, has revealed that it’s already had to ban 50,000 players.
