Canadian actress and activist Shirley Douglas, known for her work alongside acclaimed directors such as Stanley Kubrick ("Lolita"), David Cronenberg ("Dead Ringers") and winning a Gemini Award for her performance in the 1999 TV film “Shadow Lake,” has died at age 86.
