Cardi B brushed off her blocked GoFundMe for Joe Exotic's defence as "playful". The musician, 27, tried to set up a GoFundMe page to get the convicted Tiger King star "better" legal representation.
Her campaign was spurred on after she become a massive fan of the show while she has been in isolation amid the coronavirus outbreak plaguing the world.
She backed Exotic as he claimed he had been wrongfully imprisoned for attempted murder for hire of his nemesis and rival Big Cat Rescue's Carole Baskin.
But GoFundMe doesn't extend it's fund-raising to jailbirds convicted of violent crimes. In a U-turn, Cardi B has insisted she was "just playing" when she proposed she was going to set "free" Exotic from his 22-year prison sentence.
