Nizamuddin in south Delhi has become one of the hotspots in the country after a mosque situated in the area turned out to be the venue of a religious congregation, that of global evangelical Muslim body Tablighi Jamaat, last month.

After the 10-13 March event was over, the Jamaat members spread to other places in the country, infecting scores of others with coronavirus.
