The decision is in line with the recommendations of the committee of experts, headed by former lieutenant general D.B. Shekatkar, the statement said.

Group of men assault, rob man of nearly $30K in Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating after four men broke into a home and assaulted a man in Northeast Philadelphia.
