Chloe Madeley has certainly made a name for herself in the fitness world, and even made her way to the gym on the first day of the year. The TV star and personal trainer, 36, has shared numerous fitness routines and plans with her fans over the years, and back in 2019 shared one that will appeal to those who still want the occasional cheeseburger and chips.

While sharing her fitness tips, Chloe has stressed the importance of lifting weights, adding that this will not make women "bulky" but will actually keep your body toned.

And a few years back she also shared her dietary tips and tricks, as she said: "I eat 100 percent clean foods, so all natural foods such as chicken, fish, fruit, veg, whole grains like oats, sweet potato, nuts etc. "I then split them so my daily intake is predominantly protein, secondary carbs, and lastly fats.

Keep the former low by reducing your portion sizes." However, she does still opt for the occasional treat, explaining: "There are going to birthdays, weddings, BBQs and work dos and you are entitled to have a few drinks, a slice of cake, a pepperoni pizza or an Easter egg every now and then. "If you are healthy as a yogi all day every day, then a cheeseburger with your kids is not going to undo anything." And eight months after welcoming her baby daughter in 2022, Chloe shared her post-partum transformation, and how she'd achieved a slim figure so soon after giving birth.
