Children may be sent to other schools and class sizes could be halved under plans to end the UK lockdown, according to a report.
All school students in England will be back in the classroom for a month before the summer break, reports say. Class sizes will be restricted to 15 with pupils sitting at a distance from each other to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Parents face sending their children to a different school if their current one does not have enough resources. Ministers have acknowledged that asking children to social distance all day will not work.
Instead they say classrooms should be treated as 'bubbles' and youngsters should not mix with fellow students outside these groups.
